Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping
We currently ship to the United States only. Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery time is 5–15 business days.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Delays
Occasionally shipping may take longer due to high order volume or factors outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, contact us at noctori12@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Noctori is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact us and we'll do our best to help resolve it.
